Hello Everyone-
I have had the opportunity to see several of the mtulimedia projects. Wow! what talent we have in this class. I just love what everyone has done and have really gained some new ideas and thoughts from such diverse topics. I am glad we have another week to review them so we don't have to rush through them. I don't want to miss anything.
Well it has been a tough week. Much appreciation to the sympathetic thoughts offered from the folks in the class. I have some nice skype chats with Pamela, Dr T. , and Kent. It seems everyone is focused on the final paper.
Well, so little time in the class and still so much to do.
Drop me a line if you have the chance,
Til then
Deb

You do start early on a Saturday morning!
I haven't started the paper yet, so your post is motivating.
Multi-media has a value to me this coming week, that it hasn't up until now. I have to be away from the classroom 4 of the 5 days, so I am puzzling how to teach parabolas while not being present. Quite Providentially, my project is about that. With the addition of one video streaming segment, I think it may be a fairly successful week! I am putting a couple of students in charge, so the sub will be fairly stress-free.
Have a productive weekend.
I did the research for my paper and have all the articles I need. Now, all I have to do is write.
Hopefully things at home at getting back to normal. Death is a very hard thing to deal with especially for children. Your honesty and straight forwardness will pay off with them feeling better faster.
Skype is such a wonderful tool for classes, that I hope more instructors require it.
I have not started my research project yet either, but I do have solid grasp as to what I want to write.
I have decided that from now on I will not do double work. Therefore, I want this research paper to work into my KAM 1, which I think it will be a perfect match. I will have to tweek it somewhat, but tweeking is better than rewriting.
